Plum Dental is seeking a Practice Manager to lead day-to-day operations, financial performance, and team development across the practice. You will partner with clinicians to deliver high-quality patient care and an exceptional patient experience.

The role owns the practice P&L, leads a high-performing team, and collaborates with regional leadership to meet practice goals. A people-centered leadership style is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare, dental, or multi-site operations experience required.
• Proven experience managing a P&L and leading a team.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel between locations and for events.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the practice team to foster a collaborative, high-performing environment.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to standards.
• Manage onboarding, training, development, and offboarding processes for team members.
• Manage payroll and HRIS functions, including timecard approvals, scheduling, and time off requests.
• Conduct 30/60/90-day and annual reviews, hygiene check-ins, and coaching conversations.
• Own and manage the practice P&L to financial goals.
• Analyze performance data and implement strategies to improve production, collections, and patient flow.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and operational standards.
