Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Dental Office Manager or similar leadership role with 2+ years
• Ability to work 5 days every week
• 1+ years' experience owning the profit and loss statement

Responsibilities

• Lead front desk operations, scheduling, and revenue cycle workflows.
• Collaborate with owner doctor and regional teams to drive growth.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and improve patient retention.
• Utilize data to inform decisions and improve practice performance.
• Oversee budgeting, expenses, and financial reporting.
