Job summary

PDS Health is seeking a Specialist, Patient Payments Support & Service to assist dental offices and patients by handling calls, tickets, and forms. You will modify payment plans and ensure accurate billing per office requests with a courteous, professional approach.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of related experience, proficiency in MS Office, and may be bilingual in English and Spanish. This on-site role includes benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to high school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of related work experience.
• Experience in medical/dental setting and/or accounts receivable.

Responsibilities

• Accept incoming calls, tickets and forms and communicate effectively.
• Process changes to payment plans across programs.
• Maintain knowledge of payment options to assist in securing payment.
• Partner with field offices to help secure balances.
• Maintain knowledge of the payment vendor and office ledger to resolve issues.
• Interface with customers regarding payments via calls as needed.
• Uphold quality standards in calls and processing.
• Other duties as assigned.
