Job summary

Harbor City Modern Dentistry is seeking a Healthcare Coordinator to partner with dentists and help patients start the best treatment with urgency. You will educate patients on options, secure financial commitments, and maintain a PPE-driven, patient-centric experience.

Ideal candidates understand dental workflows, insurance pre-authorizations, and how to balance patient care with clinic metrics while representing the PDS Brand in every interaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Travel may be required between offices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Dentists to secure financial commitments for treatment.
• Educate patients on treatment options and financial options.
• Support PPE (Perfect Patient Experience) and create Patients for Life.
• Assist with HC handoffs and keep exam schedules productive.
• Provide solutions for patient objections and explain insurance pre-authorizations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory bodies.
• Participate in daily huddles and monthly team meetings.
• Demonstrate understanding of business imperatives and brand stewardship.
