PDS Health is seeking a Healthcare Coordinator to partner with supported Dentists and help patients commit financially to start the best course of treatment with urgency. You will educate patients on treatment options, explain financial arrangements, and work to keep the Dentist’s schedules productive while upholding our PPE standards.

This role emphasizes patient advocacy, confidentiality, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced dental office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Travel between offices may be required.
• Strong understanding of dental insurance and patient financial options.

Responsibilities

• Support patients in understanding financial options to start treatment.
• Educate patients on treatment choices and overcome objections.
• Maintain patient records with confidentiality.
• Assist clinicians with exam patient handoffs.
• Ensure daily PPE and patient experience standards.
