Job summary

PDS Health is seeking a Healthcare Coordinator for their Henderson, NV offices. The HC partners with Dentists to secure patient financial commitments and guide treatment decisions, delivering a Perfect Patient Experience.

Responsibilities include mastering the PDS system, presenting funding options, handling insurance pre-authorizations, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting daily huddles while upholding brand standards. Travel between offices may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Models company culture, values, standards, and best operational practices based on the We Believe Behavioral Framework.
• Gain a financial commitment from the patient to start the dentistry that the Dentist is diagnosing for their patient.
• Achieve proficiency in PDS system and tools to assist patients in decision-making.
• Executes the HC Handoff in partnership with clinicians on every exam.
• Subject Matter Expert on available financial options to give patients choices.
• Overcome common patient objections to starting treatment.
• Obtain insurance pre-authorizations for patients when needed.
• Ensure the office exemplifies the Comprehensive Care Model and referrals.
• Active participant in daily huddles, monthly meetings, and other required meetings.
• Understand business imperatives and how the role impacts metrics and results.
• Maintain PDS Brand stewardship and consistent decisions.
• Know Mouth Body Connection and support clinical excellence.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor per policy.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies and regulatory bodies.
• Other duties as assigned.
