Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, welcoming them with warmth and professionalism.
• Present treatment plans and discuss financial options and payment plans.
• Verify insurance benefits and help patients navigate their care with confidence.
• Coordinate patient appointments to maintain full, efficient daily schedules.
• Manage check-in/check-out, co-pays, and update patient records.
• Participate in morning huddles to align goals with clinical and admin teams.
