Image Orthodontics in San Jose is seeking a Patient Coordinator to join our busy orthodontic and pediatric dental practice. You will be the first point of contact for patients and families, manage schedules, support the clinical team, and keep the front office organized and welcoming.

The ideal candidate has dental office experience, strong communication skills, and a friendly, professional demeanor. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, and you will work Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dental, orthodontic, or pediatric dental office.
• Punctual, reliable, and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Knowledge of scheduling, insurance verification, and dental/ortho terminology.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, especially with children and parents.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and parents warmly, ensuring a positive experience at every visit.
• Manage scheduling, confirmations, recalls, and follow-up appointments.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and communicate effectively with patients and families.
• Verify insurance benefits and assist with processing claims.
• Collect payments at the time of service and handle billing inquiries.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks.
• Support the orthodontic and pediatric teams with patient flow and office coordination.
