You will verify insurance, handle billing inquiries, and maintain patient records while ensuring a welcoming front office that keeps appointments running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dental, orthodontic, or pediatric dental office required.
• Punctual, reliable, and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Knowledge of scheduling, insurance verification, and dental/ortho terminology preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, especially with children and parents.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

About The Role

The Patient Coordinator is often the first point of contact for our patients and parents. You’ll play a key role in ensuring an excellent experience by managing the schedule, supporting the clinical team, and keeping the front office organized and welcoming.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday-Friday 8am -5pm
