You’ll be the first friendly contact for patients, guiding them from scheduling to understanding treatment and payment options. You’ll support the team with insurance verification, appointment coordination and explaining care with empathy, building trust and ensuring a positive patient experience every day.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a dental, healthcare, hospitality or customer-service environment.
• Knowledge of dental terminology preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for helping people.
• Ability to build rapport and create positive relationships with patients.
• Positive, professional and patient-first approach.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Greeting: Create a warm, welcoming environment and make every patient feel valued from the moment they arrive.
• Guiding: Support patients throughout their visit, including check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, insurance verification and answering questions about their care.
• Treatment Support: Help patients understand treatment recommendations, payment options and available financial arrangements.
• Patient Experience: Build trusting relationships with patients and help make their dental experience comfortable and stress-free.
• Communication: Answer phones, respond to patient questions and communicate clearly with patients, doctors and the dental team.
• Scheduling: Maintain an efficient schedule and help maximize opportunities for patients to receive the care they need.
• Gratitude: Show genuine appreciation for every patient and create an experience that makes them feel cared for and confident in choosing us.
