Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a dental office is strongly preferred.
• General administrative duties and patient service experience.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Fluency in English; Spanish speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check-in patients, update demographics, collect and upload insurance information.
• Update the student appointment book and manage cancellations/no-shows.
• Process check-out and communicate payment due; monitor accounts receivable.
• Maintain Electronic Health Records and End of Day closing reports.
• Communicate with labs and insurance companies; ensure patient privacy.
• Assist in huddles and support clinic operations.
