Qualifications

• Previous experience in dental or healthcare scheduling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient scheduling, confirm appointments, and fill empty schedule time.
• Greet patients and ensure they feel welcome and cared for.
• Register new patients and update demographics with attention to detail.
• Coordinate patient needs with the clinical team to minimize wait times.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient confidentiality.
• Keep front office organized and welcoming.
• Relay messages for providers and staff quickly and accurately.
• Oversee mailing and other administrative tasks supporting daily operations.
