Responsibilities

• Greet patients upon check-in; verify and update basic demographic information and insurance information; ensure consent forms are completed.
• Oversee and reconcile financial transactions by recording patient payments to support revenue cycle operations.
• Answer incoming calls from the main Call Center and convey information; transfer calls as needed.
• Register Medicaid and commercial insurance plans; confirm information with patients.
• Create electronic charts with accurate data; schedule and confirm new patient appointments.
• Assist Radiology Coordinator with maintaining appointment schedules and rotations.
