Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a dental office setting is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Proficient in EPM systems and scheduling software; basic math calculations.
• Experience with commercial dental insurance is a major plus and FQHC compliance knowledge is beneficial.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and provide staff training.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Training: onboarding, competency assessments, ongoing support.
• Schedule Optimization: manage provider schedules and templates to maximize capacity.
• Documentation & Compliance: maintain patient demographics, verify insurance, ensure FQHC/commercial compliance.
• Financial & Metric Tracking: oversee daily billing, perform reconciliations, monitor patient volume trends.
• Administrative Management: handle staff schedules, leave requests, payroll support, and daily communications.
• Staff Development: support recruitment, retention, performance evaluations, and improvement plans.
