Job summary

Beloit Area Community Health Center is seeking a Patient Registration Professional Supervisor to lead the front office and call center operations across medical, dental, and behavioral health services. You will supervise staff, train and coach, ensure accurate insurance verification, and uphold a positive patient experience.

Under the Senior Patient Access Manager, you will monitor EMR workflows, manage scheduling, reporting, and adherence to policies, while still performing registration tasks

Qualifications

• 1-year administrative supervisory experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with insurance companies and insurance verification processes.
• 2-year front desk experience.
• Call Center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day administrative duties of the front office, including EMR workflows, registering patients, verifying and updating patient information, verifying insurance, answering calls.
• Assigns PRP In-Basket and Voicemail monitoring rotation and ensures they are updated daily.
• Manages the schedule of front office staff and efficient use of personnel and patient scheduling.
• Oversees PRPs’ timecards and shifts.
