Job summary

Adventure Dental, Vision, & Orthodontics in Colorado Springs, CO, is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a pediatric dental, vision, and orthodontic practice. You will guide a diverse team to achieve financial, patient, and organizational goals, reporting to the VP of Operations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of management experience in healthcare or related fields and a proven track record in optimizing staffing, scheduling, and revenue cycle management, while delivering exceptional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least three years of management experience in healthcare, business, retail, or military.
• Flexible availability, including weekends when necessary.
• Experience analyzing and monitoring P&L statements.
• Dental, vision, or orthodontic experience is a plus.
• Availability to work after hours and on weekends when needed.
• Ability to summarize information and communicate analyses clearly in writing and verbally.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Access, Visio, and MS Project expected.

Responsibilities

• Ensure practice performs on growth drivers: staffing, scheduling, outreach, and referrals.
• Monitor and meet revenue cycle metrics daily, monthly, and quarterly.
• Oversee patient scheduling, teammate scheduling, documentation, billing, and training.
• Drive financial targets by understanding key drivers and taking proactive actions.
• Set clear expectations for teammates on patient experience; coach customer service.
• Train teammates on patient experience and customer service; coach as needed.
• Participate in duties supporting mission of high-quality dental, vision, and orthodontic care for underserved children.

Adventure Dental, Vision, & Orthodontics in Colorado Springs, CO, is currently seeking an Operations Manager to consistently achieve financial, patient, and organizational goals by effectively leading a diverse team of healthcare professionals within a pediatric dental, vision, and orthodontic practice. This position will report to the Vice President of Operations. Pay range: $65,900-$89,000/yr

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure practice is performing on key growth drivers, including optimal staffing and scheduling, community outreach and marketing, and word-of-mouth referrals
• Ensure practice level revenue cycle management metrics are being met on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis
• Understand, monitor, and ensure the smooth execution of practice processes, including but not limited to patient scheduling, teammate scheduling, documentation, billing, and training
• Ensure the practice meets or exceeds established financial targets by thoroughly understanding key financial drivers and proactively taking actions to maximize results
• Establish clear expectations for teammates around desired patient experience, coach and mentor teammates in customer service best practices, and monitor and remediate as needed
• Train teammates on the desired patient experience, coach and mentor customer service best practices, and appropriately coach as needed
• Participate in other duties that support the mission of providing high-quality and compassionate dental, vision, and orthodontic services to underserved children

Job Qualifications
