Job summary

Academy Kids Dental, Vision, & Orthodontics in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a General Dentist to provide preventive and restorative dental care for children and educate patients and caregivers on preventive practices. The role reports to the Vice President of Clinical Services.

Pay ranges from $700 to $1000 per day, with signing bonus up to $15K and relocation assistance up to $10K. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401K, paid holidays, paid malpractice, and CE stipend.

Qualifications

• Active state license in good standing.
• Ability to obtain Medicaid Provider number and NPI.
• Strong interest in working with children.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care for pediatric patients and respond to patient, caregiver, and team needs.
• Examine patients, diagnose diseases, and perform necessary procedures.
• Educate caregivers and patients about treatment options and preventive practices.
• Collaborate with neighboring practices to educate referring providers.
• Help children adopt good oral health habits and promote the practice within the community.
• Participate in team activities, provider meetings, and company communications.
• Support mission to provide high-quality dental, vision, and orthodontic services to underserved children.

Academy Kids Dental, Vision, & Orthodontics in Colorado Springs, CO is currently seeking a General Dentist to provide preventive and restorative dental care for children, instructing staff on how to assist in patient treatment and educating caregivers and patients regarding preventive practices. This position will report to the Vice President of Clinical Services.

Pay range: $700-$1000/day

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and service for our patients by responding promptly to patient, caregiver, and team needs
• Examine patients, diagnose diseases, and effectively treat and perform all necessary procedures
• Educate caregivers and patients regarding all aspects of treatment and stay informed on latest dental treatment techniques
• Partner with neighboring practices to inform and educate referring providers of the services provided
• Help kids and their caregivers to develop excellent habits in oral health
• Support efforts to promote the company and attract new patients within the community
• Participate in team activities and communication such as morning huddle, provider meetings, company events and email communications
• Participate in other duties that support the mission of providing high-quality and compassionate dental, vision, and orthodontic services to underserved children

Job Qualifications
