Aspen Dental is seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager (Operations Manager) in High Point, NC to oversee all office operations, support doctors, and deliver excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an office team and coordinating daily operations.

• Analytical thinking to review performance and profitability metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the office in all operations to support doctors and patients.
• Hire, develop, manage and retain the office staff.
• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance or payments.
• Review monthly results, manage profit and loss, and plan sales strategies.
• Lead daily huddles to align team priorities and improve patient experience.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
