Job summary

PDS Health is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee to learn how to independently run a financially viable dental office within the PDS system. You will complete the OM Development Program while being mentored by your supervisor, with the goal of independently managing an office in 4–6 months.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and adherence to company standards. Travel between offices and ongoing training are essential components of the program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of related work experience in operational management.
• Driver's license and automobile insurance (or alternate transport).
• Willingness to travel to multiple offices daily.
• Travel may be planned or unplanned and is subject to change.

Responsibilities

• Model company culture, values, standards and best operational practices.
• Hire and retain right-fit team members through training, supervision, coaching.
• Resolve staff and patient issues by analyzing facts to develop timely solutions.
• Execute the PDS Operational Model with consistency with the Owner Dentist.
• Drive year over year revenue and profit growth.
• Manage expenses to achieve monthly goals and budget.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory bodies.
