Aspen Dental is seeking a Dental Office Manager (Operations Manager) in a full-time role. You will oversee all office operations, lead a team, and ensure excellent patient service while participating in a ten-week training program to build business and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of managing a team of direct reports.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the office in all operations to support doctors and patients.
• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care.
• Hire, develop, manage and retain the office staff.
• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance payments.
• Review monthly business results, manage profit and loss, and align sales plans to improve profitability.
• Prepare and lead daily huddles to set expectations and improve performance.
• Complete additional tasks as required.
