We seek an experienced Office Manager to lead front and clinical staff, oversee daily operations, verify insurance, and manage ledgers with our owner to ensure top-tier patient care and transparent billing.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of dental office leadership, strong Dentrix skills, and a track record of building positive, high-performing teams across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dental office leadership experience.
• Proven ability in dental office operations and patient relations.
• Experience with Dentrix and other dental management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations and patient flow.
• Lead front office and clinical staff; foster a positive culture.
• Oversee dental insurance verifications, eligibility, and claims follow-ups.
• Manage patient ledgers, billing education, and payment collections.
• Support Treatment Coordinators to present treatment plans with clear financial options.
• Utilize practice systems to track performance metrics and scheduling.
