Job summary

Modern Dental Smiles is seeking an experienced Office Lead to manage daily operations across multiple Palm Beach County locations. You will oversee patient flow, scheduling, and a dynamic team of front office and clinical staff while aligning with the owner’s vision for transparent financial education and patient care.

The role offers full-time hours, competitive compensation based on experience, health and dental benefits, and PTO/Holidays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dental office management or leadership experience.
• Experience with dental insurance verifications and claim statuses.
• Proven track record in office operations and team building.
• Proficient with Dentrix or similar dental management software.
• Positive, solution-oriented leadership aligned with owner’s vision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations, maintaining smooth patient flow, schedule optimization, and a productive, stress-free office environment.
• Lead, mentor, and support front office and clinical staff; foster a positive, accountable team environment aligned with practice goals.
• Oversee dental insurance verifications, eligibility confirmation, claim status follow-ups, and patient account ledgers for clear billing education.
• Ensure accurate ledger management and effective management of balances, claims statuses, and collections.
• Partner with Treatment Coordinators to present complex multi-specialty treatment plans with transparent financial options.
• Utilize Dentrix (and Dental Intelligence) to track practice performance metrics and appointment capacity.
