Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
• Demonstrate analytical thinking; place a premium on leveraging data.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily front office tasks and duties to create lasting impressions and trust with patients.
• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care per patient needs, policies, regulations, and board standards.
• Consult with patients on treatment options provided by the clinical team, verifying insurance payments and collections.
• Under Manager direction, supervise daily tasks of the non-clinical team and prioritize work.
