Aspen Dental is seeking an Assistant Dental Office Manager, termed an Operations Lead, to join our team in Augusta, GA. This full-time position centers on leading non-clinical operations, ensuring smooth scheduling, patient service, and coordination with the clinical team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with policies, regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance payments.
• Under the Manager's direction, supervise daily tasks of the non-clinical team.
• Review data daily to evaluate practice impact.
• Oversee scheduling and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify insurance payments, collections, deposits and processing.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
