Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Assistant Dental Office Manager (Operations Lead) in Georgia. You will supervise the front office, coordinate patient flow, and ensure a high standard of service with compassionate care.

You’ll participate in an eight-week training program, report to the Manager, and lead non-clinical staff while collaborating with the clinical team to verify insurance payments and optimize scheduling and deposits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• College degree preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with policies and regulations
• Work with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care
• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance payments
• Under the Manager, supervise daily tasks of the non-clinical team
• Review data day to day to evaluate the practice impact
• Oversee scheduling and confirming patient appointments
• Verify insurance payments, collection, balances and card processing
• Additional tasks assigned by the Manager
