Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Assistant Dental Office Manager in Beaufort, SC, called an Operations Lead, to oversee non-clinical operations and supervise staff for smooth patient flow.

You will collaborate with the dental team, discuss treatment options with patients, and ensure proper insurance verification and collections while upholding company policies. Compensation includes incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients.
• Demonstrate analytical thinking and place a premium on leveraging data.
• Organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance payment and collection.
• Under the direction of the Manager, supervise daily tasks and priorities of the non-clinical team.
• Review data day to day to evaluate the impact on the practice.
• Oversee scheduling and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify insurance payment, collection, balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Manager.
