Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a full-time Dental Office Manager (Operations Manager) in Wisconsin to lead the office operations in support of the doctors and to build trust with patients. You will participate in a ten‑week training program to gain business and leadership knowledge and succeed within our organization.

The role requires coordinating staff, ensuring excellent patient service, managing schedules, and driving profitability while upholding policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Hospitality and patient-service mindset preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the office operations in support of the doctors.
• Hire, develop, and retain office staff.
• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance payments.
• Review monthly results, manage profit and loss, and support sales goals.
• Lead daily huddles to align team on patient experience and performance.
• Perform additional tasks as required.
