• Minimum of one year of managing a team of direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care.
• Hire, develop, manage and retain the office staff.
• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance.
• Review monthly business results, manage profit and loss, align sales plan to goals.
• Prepare and lead daily huddles with team to optimize patient experience and business performance.
