Responsibilities

• Supervise front and back-office staff and cover roles as needed.
• Foster a patient-centric service culture.
• Hire and train support staff; manage performance & annual reviews.
• Verify dental benefits and manage check-in/out processes.
• Explain treatment plans to patients.
• Collect payments, co-pays, and deductibles.
• Create insurance claims and submit pre-authorizations.
• Pull patient charts for future appointments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
