Responsibilities

• Supervise all front and back-office staff; cover roles as needed.
• Foster a patient-centric culture of service.
• Hire & train support staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Verify dental benefits and manage check-in/out processes.
• Assist with presenting and explaining treatment plans.
• Collect payments, co-pays, and deductibles.
• Create insurance claims and submit pre-authorizations.
• Pull patient charts for future appointments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
