Private Dental Office in the St. Louis region is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead our team and help drive the continued success of our practice.

You will oversee daily operations and motivate both front-office and clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient care. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to monitor performance metrics while implementing efficient systems.

Qualifications

• Previous dental office management experience required.
• Strong knowledge of insurance verification, treatment planning and coordination, collections, and scheduling.
• Experience leading teams within a multi-provider dental practice.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to monitor practice performance metrics and implement operational improvements.
• Dentrix experience is highly preferred, but not required.
