Job summary

Smilepoint Dental Group in Texas seeks an experienced Dental Office Manager to lead daily operations and support a high-performing team. You will oversee administrative functions, streamline workflows, and foster a positive, patient‑centered culture.

You will manage scheduling, billing, HIPAA compliance, and performance metrics, coaching staff to achieve goals while delivering outstanding patient care in a fast-paced practice.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of dental office management experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of dental software systems and insurance processes.
  • CPR/BLS certification preferred.
