As our Dental Office Manager at AZ Cosmetic & Family Dentistry, you're the heartbeat of the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You manage schedules with precision, oversee the new patient experience, and keep a close eye on key performance indicators. You monitor production, collections, and case acceptance metrics, making sure the team stays on track and patients receive the best care possible—all while maintaining a positive, organized environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of treatment plans and how they translate into scheduling blocks
• Understanding A/R, outstanding claims, and patient balances
• Knowledge of CDT coding basics

• Ability to master daily, weekly, and monthly office workflows
• Ability to sequence appointments appropriately
• Ability to ensure rooms/clinicians stay productive and on time

Must have the ability to pass a background check.
