As a Dental Office Assistant - Treatment Coordinator, you are an invaluable member of our team. You meet with patients each day and help them understand their individualized treatment plans. With warmth, you address concerns and help them see the benefits of proceeding with treatment, as well as the consequences of delaying or foregoing treatment.
Once they decide to proceed, you take the lead in submitting insurance claims or mapping out a payment plan. You follow up with patients regularly to ensure satisfaction and that payment is made in full.
The schedule for this full-time position is flexible.
