CHILDRENS DENTAL CARE CORP is seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager for our pediatric dental practice. The role requires strong leadership, administrative expertise, and thorough knowledge of dental-office operations to oversee daily reception, scheduling, billing, and patient communications.

The candidate will work with Dentrix and Open Dental, coordinate staff, ensure confidentiality, and maintain an inviting, patient-centered environment for optimal patient experience.

Qualifications

  • Requires prior management of a dental practice.
  • Bilingual in Portuguese/English or Spanish/English preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of the dental office.
  • Coordinate front-office activities, patient scheduling, confirmations, and communications.
  • Support a welcoming, professional, and patient-centered office environment.
  • Manage insurance verification, billing coordination, accounts receivable, and payment processes.
  • Monitor office procedures to promote efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Coordinate staff schedules, responsibilities, training, and performance.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Work confidently with Dentrix and Open Dental software.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, dental professionals, insurance representatives, and vendors.
  • Assist with treatment coordination and help ensure a smooth patient experience.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflow, customer service, and office performance.
  • Support inventory management, ordering, and relationships with office suppliers.
  • Handle administrative concerns with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.

We are a pediatric dental office seeking an experienced, polished, and highly organized Dental Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, administrative expertise, and a thorough understanding of dental-office operations.

This position requires Previous experience managing a dental practice. Candidates who are bilingual in Portuguese and English or Spanish and English are preferred but not required.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working with dental-management software, including Dentrix and Open Dental.
