We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to lead our team and provide optimal dental health for every member of the family. This hands-on leader will play an intricate role in our success by executing all areas of our practice at the highest level. There are plans for expansion in the future and this position has the opportunity to grow with the practice.

What you’ll do as an Office Manager:
  • Manage daily operations to exceed goals including scheduling, revenue optimization, expense control, and P&L responsibility
  • Deliver treatment plan presentations and effectively communicate recommended treatments to patients, helping them understand the importance of their oral health and moving forward with treatment
  • Partner with the Dentist(s) to lead the team by developing a collaborative, positive environment to support each member’s success and development
  • Deliver a superior patient experience demonstrating compassion, responsiveness and sensitivity to patient needs
What you’ll bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or healthcare discipline preferred, but not required
  • Three (3) years’ experience as a Dental Office Manager with knowledge of dental practice operations, terminology, procedures, and insurance claims/billing, P&L responsibility
  • Highly effective in treatment plan presentations and gaining case acceptance
  • Effetive leadership style with the ability to set clear expectations, hold the team accountable, and create a supportive culture inspiring the best out of others
  • Excellent time management and analytical skills with the ability to quickly resolve issues
  • Excellent communication skills with both the team and patients
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products and working with dental software, experience with Open Dental strongly preferred
  • Stable work history demonstrated on your resume
