Job Type: Full-time

The responsibilities of an Office Manager in our office include providing leadership, guidance, and support to the clinical and non-clinical team while overseeing daily operations of a flourishing dental practice. Deliverables will include the maintenance and compliance of procedures and coordination of daily operations and personnel ensuring continuity and growth across all locations. This position reports to the Regional Manager.

Specific job responsibilities of our Office Managers include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain internal office protocols and procedures to optimize operational efficiency
  • Interview, hire, and train office staff using best practices
  • Responsible for monthly scheduling of the treatment coordinators
  • Coordinate provider schedules, including managing time-off requests and ensuring appropriate coverage
  • Organize and facilitate weekly doctor meetings to support communication and collaboration

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a dental business office
  • Excellent computer skills, Dentrix Ascend experience is a plus
  • Skilled in presenting dental treatment plans with clarity and confidence
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
  • Problem analysis and problem solving skills
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), associates degree preferred
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to bring personality, empathy, and enthusiasm to every patient and team interaction
  • A team-oriented spirit and genuine desire to contribute to a supportive, patient-first practice culture!
