Job summary

Milford Dental Center is seeking a dedicated Dental Office Coordinator to join our Milford, DE team. The role requires at least one year of dental office experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while ensuring a positive patient experience.

We value collaboration, attention to detail, and a supportive environment for both patients and staff. A Monday–Friday schedule with alternating Saturdays is typical, and compensation ranges from $18 to $20 per hour with room for growth

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a dental office.
• Solid understanding of dental terminology and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organizational skills and punctuality.
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/check out patients professionally.
• Answer incoming phone calls and address patient inquiries.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft and Dexis Imaging (preferred).
• Present and discuss treatment plans and payment arrangements.
• Support team operations and maintain organized front office processes.
