Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years in the technical function of the role (dental assistant or hygienist), including 2+ years in leadership.
• Associate’s degree in Business, Management, or related field with 3+ years in the technical function, including 1+ year in leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field with 1+ year in leadership and team-building capabilities.
