Marshfield Family Dental Care, part of Heartland Dental LLC, is seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team in Marshfield, Missouri. We offer both part-time and full-time options and welcome new graduates. The role focuses on chairside assistance, patient education, and efficient office workflow.

Training is provided within a supportive, well-equipped practice. As a Dental Assistant, you will greet patients, review health history, take X-rays, and help the clinicians with a variety of procedures

Qualifications

• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
• Dental assistant certification and/or x-ray certification if required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and educate patients throughout treatment.
• Review patient health history for quality care.
• Take and process x-rays and diagnostic assessments (iTero 3D, digital photography).
• Provide chairside assistance to dentists during procedures.
• Utilize Dentrix for scheduling and records.
• Maintain safety protocols and protect PHI under HIPAA guidelines.
• Manage supply and inventory levels and place orders as needed.
