Nottinghill Dental Care, part of Heartland Dental, is seeking a Dental Office Assistant. You will greet patients, manage front office duties, and schedule for multiple providers using Dentrix. You’ll work with insurance claims, payments, and benefits verification to keep the office running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to Create a positive first impression.
• Manage front office duties: phones, mail, email, and communications with patients and insurers.
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records; schedule for multiple providers.
• File patient insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims; verify benefits.
• Post insurance and patient payments; process accounts receivable.
• Review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients.
• Collaborate with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems to optimize office potential.
