The position supports DSOs and large dental groups, with a focus on DHMO, PPO, and Medicare products. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in provider relations, network management, healthcare contracting, dental insurance, or a related healthcare environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong negotiation expertise.

Responsibilities

• Account management of DSOs and large dental groups to support network strategic initiatives.
• Negotiates contracts at all organizational levels with emphasis on cost-of-care strategy.
• Solid focus on data analytics to identify cost savings opportunities.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to resolve provider issues with urgency.
• Recruits providers as needed to expand network and meet access needs.
• Communicates early warning signs of potential issues/risks to management.
