Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in provider relations, network management, healthcare contracting, dental insurance, or related healthcare environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong negotiation expertise.
• Agility and flexibility towards changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage DSOs and large dental groups to support network strategic initiatives.
• Negotiate contracts at all organizational levels with a focus on cost of care.
• Solid focus on data analytics to identify cost savings opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve provider issues with urgency.
• Recruit providers as needed to attain network expansion and meet access needs.
