Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Dental Network Relations Senior Analyst to serve as the liaison between Aetna and assigned DSOs. You will be a subject matter expert on DHMO, PPO and Medicare dental products, and will negotiate provider contracts while coordinating cross-functional issues.

You will manage DSOs and large dental groups, develop cost-of-care strategies, apply data analytics to identify savings, recruit providers to grow the network, and timely communicate risks to leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in provider relations, network management, healthcare contracting, dental insurance, or a related healthcare environment.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications including manipulation and analysis of data via Excel.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong negotiation expertise.
• Agility and flexibility towards changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Account management of DSOs and large dental groups to support network strategic initiatives.
• Negotiates contracts at all organizational levels with a focus on cost-of-care strategy.
• Solid focus on data analytics to identify cost savings opportunities.
• Collaborates cross-functionally to resolve provider issues with urgency.
• Recruits providers as needed to attain network expansion and meet access needs.
• Communicates early warning signs of potential issues/risks to management.
