Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in the United States is seeking a Senior Analyst for Dental Network Relations to act as the liaison between Aetna and DSOs. You’ll guide dental products, support contract negotiations, and analyze cost-of-care to drive network strategies.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with providers, sales, and marketing, recruit providers when needed, and communicate risks and resolutions to leadership. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in provider relations, network management, healthcare contracting, dental insurance, or related healthcare environment.
• Proficient in Excel data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong negotiation expertise.
• Adaptable to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage DSOs and large dental groups to support network initiatives.
• Negotiate contracts at multiple organizational levels emphasizing cost-of-care strategy.
