CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Dental Network Relations Senior Analyst to act as the liaison between Aetna and DSOs. The role supports dental products and negotiates provider contracts, while resolving issues across functions and communicating risk to management.

The position emphasizes cost-of-care strategy, provider recruitment, and cross-functional collaboration with a 40-hour workweek. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in provider relations, network management, healthcare contracting, dental insurance, or a related healthcare environment.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications including manipulation and analysis of data via Excel.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong negotiation expertise.
• Agility and flexibility towards changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for account management of DSOs and large dental groups to support network strategic initiatives.
• Negotiates contracts at all organizational levels. Strong emphasis on analysis to develop cost-of-care strategy.
• Solid focus on data analytics to identify cost savings opportunities
• Collaborates cross-functionally to resolve provider issues with the utmost urgency.
• Recruits providers as needed to attain network expansion and meet access needs.
• Communicates early warning signs of potential issues/risks to management.
