Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage DSOs and large dental groups to support network initiatives.
• Negotiate contracts at all organizational levels with cost-of-care focus.
• Use data analytics to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve provider issues with urgency.
• Recruit providers to support network expansion and access needs.
• Flag early warning signs of risks to management.
