Job summary

MetLife seeks a Dental Network Development Specialist to expand PDP PPO and Dental HMO networks across the Northeast. You will source, recruit, and contract with dentists to drive network growth and accessibility for members.

This role requires collaboration with sales, operations, and network management, with travel up to 50% to support recruitment efforts and strengthen provider relations in NJ, NY, PA, MA, and CT.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience recruiting dentists or building provider networks.
• Proven sales, relationship-building, and negotiation skills with dental providers.
• Experience using CRM systems and outreach tools to manage recruitment and pipeline.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% as required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, negotiation, and contracting to expand participation in MetLife's dental networks.
• Create and execute provider recruitment strategies to enhance network access across the Northeast.
• Utilize network analytics and CRM tools to identify opportunities and track activities.
• Partner with Group Sales and internal stakeholders to support customer acquisition and retention.
• Manage provider relationships and maintain accurate activity tracking in Salesforce.
