Job summary

Enable Dental, Inc. is building a national specialty network to provide high-quality dental care in mobile care settings. The Network Management Specialist will recruit, onboard, and manage dental specialists across markets, partnering with the COO to design and execute the specialist network strategy.

This high-impact role blends business development, contracting, credentialing, and operations to expand access to oral health services nationwide.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience in provider recruitment, network development, healthcare contracting, or related roles.
• Experience recruiting or managing healthcare providers (dental experience strongly preferred).
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple markets and provider pipelines simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with comfort reviewing utilization and performance data.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
• Exceptional communication skills—professional, clear, and persuasive.
• Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit & Build the Network: identify priority markets, recruit and onboard dental specialists, manage pipeline, drive agreements.
• Own Provider Relationships: manage contracted specialists, align on expectations, scheduling, quality metrics, engagement.
• Contracting & Negotiation: lead compensation discussions and contract execution; ensure margin targets.
• Credentialing & Readiness: ensure specialists are compliant and launch-ready; maintain provider data.
• Performance & Optimization: monitor utilization, case acceptance, and provider engagement; improve workflows.
• Strategic Growth: provide market intelligence, support new market launches and enterprise client expansions.
