Guardian Life is seeking a Network Partnership Specialist to manage day-to-day leasing relationships with key providers. This remote, U.S.-based role collaborates across internal teams to support audits, compliance, and provider engagement while maintaining strong operational performance and timely issue resolution.

The role partners with the Network Strategy team to support network leasing activities and drive partner satisfaction. Travel about 10% is required.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in provider relations, network management, or related healthcare operations.
• Knowledge of healthcare provider networks, managed care, or TPA relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations for assigned key account leasing relationships and serve as primary contact.
• Develop and manage provider communications including network updates and inquiries.
• Coordinate audits, credentialing, compliance, and regulatory activities including Medicare standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to investigate issues, identify trends, and implement solutions.
• Maintain records, reporting, and KPIs for account activity and compliance.
